Daniela Mayol danielabio- President at Global Talent Strategies. Daniela Mayol is an accomplished Talent Management Consultant with international experience spanning 20+ years. Daniela studied Psychology and Sociology at the University of Toronto, holds a post-graduate diploma in Human Resources from Seneca College and is in the process of obtaining her Professional Project Management Certification. Daniela’s areas of specialization are in Talent Acquisition Planning and Strategy, Executive Search, Recruitment Process Mapping and Re-engineering, Employment Marketing and Branding and Talent Acquisition Technology & Analytics. Daniela’s strong business acumen and high level of competency in critical thinking have enabled her to achieve great success. Daniela is an industry leader who understands the implications of Talent on the success of any organization. Her in-depth knowledge of recruitment best-practices, process and technology have enabled her to design strong recruiting infrastructures in all of the organizations she has supported. Donna Corsano donna is a seasoned recruitment consultant with over 20 years’ experience. Well versed in a range of industries from Financial Services, Telecommunication, and Retail.
Donna’s easy going nature and transparency makes working with her a pleasure. She understands the need to get the right candidate for the position in a timely manner. Although she has filled roles in most functions she specializes in Information Technology, Digital, E-Commerce, and Finance. Donna pride herself in educating her clients with respect to recruitment best practices to enable them to become self-sufficient and enhance the candidate experience.

Donna believes Recruiters are most successful when they collaborate with Human Resources Business Partners to ensure the hiring process is smooth and consistent. Her experience and extensive knowledge of recruiting in different industries and different roles enable her to ask the right questions during an intake strategy meeting with the Hiring Manager to ensure her client’s needs are always being met. Karen Corsano karen is the newest member of the Global Talent Strategies team. Her previous experience has been as a Project and Program Manager in the Information Technology sector. Karen brings with her 20+ years’ experience managing Information Technology projects including software development and infrastructure upgrades. It’s that very insight that makes her so well suited to research and source for our technology roles. Her extensive experience working with technical staff at various levels, has given Karen a great understanding of technology related roles. She has a keen sense of urgency and is intimately aware of the need to determine up-front the requirements of a specific role so that the search can be laser focused and expeditious.

Karen’s drive and dedication have enabled her to make a rapid transition into the recruitment consultant role. Her strong project management background and in depth knowledge of business and IT have contributed to her success. Emily Ackert-Rutten emily is an accomplished Executive Search Consultant with 18 years experience in retained search, recruitment process outsourcing and corporate human resources. Emily holds an MBA from the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Business. Emily specializes in candidate/pipeline development & assessment, name generation research, and related projects.
